Culture Closet & Pop-up salon

To address issues of access to Black haircare products and services at my school, I not only implemented a Culture Closet housed in our campus bookstore, but I am also planning a Pop-up Hair Salon for late Spring. The Culture Closet is stocked with various Black haircare products and tools. The Pop-up Salon will bring Black barbers and haircare specialists in the region to our campus to do students’ hair for Prom. Below are images of the Culture Closet.
